Votre agence PROMAN POITIERS recherche pour l’un de ses clients un ASSISTANT ADMINISTRATIF H/F au sein du service Certificats d’Economies d’Energies.
Les missions confiées seront les suivantes :
- Contrôle des dossiers CEE afin de s’assurer de leur conformité en lien avec la règlementation
- Echanges téléphoniques avec les services internes, les clients, les artisans, pour répondre à leurs question sur le dispositif
- Support administratif du Pôle CEE
- Reporting de l’activité
Horaires: 9h-12h/13h30-17h30
Salaire : 12.97 €/h + 13ème mois
Ce poste est à pourvoir dès que possible en intérim jusqu’au15/04/2021.

Formation Bac+2 en assistanat ou autre validée
Rigueur, sens de l’organisation.
Sens du contact, être à l’aise dans la relation commerciale, notamment par téléphone.
Capacité à travailler en équipe.
